Welcome to pawaON. This User Agreement is a contract between you and pawaON Inc. governing your use of your pawaON account and the pawaON services. By registering for an account, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Accounts
To use pawaON, you must create an account. You may choose a specific use case (Business, School, Hospital, Church, or Hotel). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Services
pawaON provides a suite of management tools tailored to various industries. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Payments & Fees
While basic registration is free, certain premium modules or advanced reporting features may incur fees. All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Payments processed through the Hotel or Business modules are subject to standard transaction fees.
Privacy Policy
We care about your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, entity name, and transaction data recorded within your dashboard.
2. Use of Data

pawaON implements industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.
Acceptable Use Policy
You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of pawaON's services.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the pawaON service for activities that:
- Violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
- Relate to transactions involving illegal goods or services.
- Infringe on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
- Involve the transmission of any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other harmful computer programming routines.
