Yes! Registration and basic usage of all management modules are completely free. We believe in empowering organizations to grow without upfront costs. Premium features may be added in the future.

Tap Create account, tell us what you run, give it a name, then add your email and a password. It takes about two minutes.

On the Sign in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We will send you a link to choose a new password.

Tap the + button and choose what you are recording. Pick the person (or none), enter the amount and save. You can print the receipt or share it.

Yes. Home shows how much you are owed and by whom, so you know who to follow up. Each person's page shows what they have paid and what is left.

Yes. Every payment has a receipt, and you can create invoices. Print them, save them as PDF or share them from your phone.

Yes. From a person's page you can give them their own sign-in. Students, members, patients, guests and clients then see only their own records, such as fees, giving or bookings.

Yes. Use Messages to talk to one person, and notices to tell everyone at once.

Yes. Add a staff member, choose their role (accountant, cashier, teacher, nurse and more) and give them a sign-in. They only see the pages for that role.

Yes. Payroll shows what is left to pay this month. Record each payment, then print or share the payslip.

Yes. Add your branches and compare their sales, people, staff and payroll in one place.

Yes. Add products with their prices and how many you have. pawaON warns you when something is running low, and keeps your shop and warehouse stock apart.

Yes, there is an Android app. You can also use pawaON in any web browser on a phone or computer, with the same account.

Your data travels over encrypted connections and passwords are never stored as plain text. Each person only sees what their role allows.
